Background

Founding Story

BACOE evolved from ZIFA, the Zachman Institute for Framework Advancement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Business Group, Inc. formed by John Zachman and Samuel (Sam) Holcman. ZIFA's published mission was to exercise the Zachman Framework for advancing the conceptual and implementation states of the art in Business Architecture. BACOE Business Architect Certification — Practitioner certification through four distinct member grades:
