BACOE workshops are designed for professionals who need more than theory or exam preparation. Each workshop combines practical Business Architecture education, applied activities, practitioner feedback, and resources you can use to begin producing Business Architecture deliverables in your organization.

What You Will Earn

The workshop includes established methods, an integrated Business Architecture framework, training materials, project plans, architecture and relationship-model templates, software tools, tutorials, and fully worked examples to help you apply what you learn in real organizational situations.

Evidence Standard

BACOE certification reflects demonstrated practitioner performance, not simply preparation for a multiple-choice exam. Participants learn and perform Business Architecture methods, apply them through workshop activities and modeling, demonstrate their work, and receive review from experienced Business Architecture practitioners before receiving the appropriate certification level.

Expected Timeline

Choose the format that best fits your schedule: public in-person classroom, live distance learning, self-paced, or private on-site or remote training. Public live workshops follow a four-day Monday-through-Thursday format. Self-paced training is available on demand, while private workshops can be arranged around the needs, location, time zone, and schedule of an individual or team.
